ADULT DAY SUPPORT

"Day Hab" or "Adult Day Array" are other names for Adult Day Support. It facilitates a person's social integration. Participants in this program gain important life skills such as learning how to make and maintain friends, becoming aware of local events, and gaining independent mobility. In addition to these engaging activities, participants in Adult Day Support receive assistance with personal care tasks, meal assistance, restroom visits, and medication administration.

VOCATIONAL HABILITATION

Vocational Habilitation, or Voc Hab as it is more popularly called, is essential for enabling volunteer work, learning opportunities, and employment. This significant program opens doors to integrated community work by emphasizing the development of general skills that are compatible with an individual's intensity, strengths, priorities, and abilities.

Through Vocational Habilitation, people can acquire essential skills such as how to solve problems, ensure workplace safety, plan and use transportation for commuting to and from work, and grow in the community employment field. They additionally have the opportunity to learn how to comprehend dress codes and acceptable workplace behavior, as well as how to effectively communicate with managers, employees, and clients.

It serves as a road map for deliberate, customized career advancement.

NON-MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

Non-medical transportation is one of the fundamental services that ensure individuals arrive at their workplaces, Adult Day Centers, or other destinations reliably and safely. Our assistance aims to increase accessibility to significant destinations, contributing to a supportive and positive community atmosphere.

SHARED LIVING

Shared living or OSL is a supportive option for adults with developmental disabilities to live with a family member or caregiver. Under this arrangement, the chosen family member or caregiver provides at least twenty percent of the person's care and support services. OSL builds lasting connections with family members, community members, and other caregivers to provide continuous care in a secure environment. This approach creates a genuine sense of community life by empowering individuals to create their routines and promoting decision-making. It's a personalized, all-inclusive approach to supported living.

REMOTE SUPPORT

Remote support increases people's independence at home by allowing off-site direct care workers to monitor and respond in real-time through communication to health, safety, and other requirements. When necessary, customers can use two-way communication apps like FaceTime or Skype to connect with service providers. The service offers customisable support, such as fall detection sensors or cameras to document house calls. When paired with assistive technology, remote support ensures a personalized and prompt response to each person's current needs.
